Submit your Quotation Request Form (F.10) with details about your organization including number of employees, scope of certification, sites, shifts etc. We'll use this information to prepare a customized proposal for your certification needs.

Upon receiving your completed QRF, we prepare a detailed Service Specification & Agreement (SSA) outlining our services, audit processes, certification procedures, client responsibilities, fees, terms & conditions etc. This includes granting, maintaining, and renewing certification, as well as processes for expanding, reducing, suspending, or withdrawing certification.
Review the agreement thoroughly. Once satisfied, return the signed SSA along with the application fee and an uncontrolled copy of your system documentation. This begins the formal planning and scheduling of your Stage 1 Audit.
Document review to establish general adequacy and compliance with assessment criteria (Standards). We prepare and issue a area of concerns, program identifying audit logistics including sites to be visited, and approximate timing. This ensures your readiness for Stage 2.
Comprehensive on-site assessment of your Management System implementation and effectiveness. Corrective Action Requests (CARs) are raised where appropriate. A summary report is issued including a recommendation regarding approval status.
Based on audit conclusions, our Certification Supervisor makes a decision to grant certification if there is sufficient evidence of conformity, or to refuse if evidence is insufficient. You'll receive your official ISO certification upon approval.
Your Management System is audited at least once annually to ensure approval remains valid. We examine any system changes for compliance with assessment criteria, supporting your continuous improvement journey.
In response to an application for expanding your certification scope, QMSI undertakes a review and determines necessary audit activities to decide whether the extension may be granted. We ensure your expanded scope meets all required standards.
QMSI reduces the scope of certification to exclude parts not meeting requirements when a certified client persistently or seriously fails to meet certification requirements for specific areas of their scope.
Under suspension, your management system certification is temporarily invalid. Failure to resolve suspension issues within the timeframe established by QMSI results in withdrawal or scope reduction.
QMSI restores suspended certification once the issues that resulted in the suspension have been fully resolved. We work with you to ensure compliance and restore your certification status.
